The different organizations whether they are private or even public have some factors and values that govern them. The mission, goals, and policies need to be reinforced in the different departments in the education system of the united states so that they can be able to address different issues. The issue needs to be identified and then the mitigation strategies to be brought up to deal with the case that addresses the ethical concerns.

The goals of most of the departments in the system can conflict with the ways in which mission and the other ideals are presented in the education system. In public administration faces issues and problems when they need to address the different issues and therefore find themselves in a fix because of the ethical issue that surrounds them.

Additionally, there are other factors like the usage of smartphones and the internet. The ethical issue that revolves around technological advancement makes the education system look blurred. In the past before technology came to be known there were rare cases of the teachers calling the students at home. Today the teacher is posed with different ways in which they can be keeping in touch 24/7. Many people believe these new steps are guided by some logic and sound reason behind them, some have taken this chance to exploit each other in very unethical ways.

In the education system, the ethics entail the recognition of the real power that is involved and the ethical sense and the entire process that can be used to influence the student's behavior. The fact that people have in mind is that the school environment is environment where we are supposed to trust the occurrences. These are people in the community, the environment and even the student’s ways of dealing with their tutors. Once the above relationship is not addressed, the lots of ethical issues may come up and the society will not flourish.

The different ethical issues in the education system of the united states have hindered the education from meeting its mission, vision, and objective of the education system. It is very prevalent that, ethic and ethical behaviors are so prevalent in the education system. Some students have unequal access to the education that is being offered to the students, this is because they are simply not able to pay for their stay in school (Furr, 2018). This has created some conflict amongst the student and parents and hence have a negative impact on the system.

On the other hand, access to education material is so unethical, some students access the study resources access the information easily while others do not (Contreras, 2011). This discrimination can provoke some havoc in the schools as some students will prosper in their studies while others who do not even have access to the internet will feel they are not being valued. This unequal treatment caused some students to grow up knowing some resources are meant for some people in society. This will also create a huge gap between one class of students to the other.

The choice of having ethical behaviors impacts everyone in society and schools. Some try to take advantage of the system and other resources that are directed to the education system. The other area that will be impacted are the ways in which the teacher helps the students. A teacher ought to make themselves available to the students so that they can facilitate learning through providing extended classroom even when they are at home, they can be able to chat with the student through telephone or emails. Another factor that has an impact on the education system is the policy of housing that is affordable, the student who comes from the low-income background cannot be able to afford expensive housing when they are isolated from the other in the society and have low self-esteem.

Equal learning opportunities for all students regardless of their challenges will help to retain them in school to get a quality education (Talbot, 2014). Whenever one underprivileged group of students is set apart, they will engage in criminal activity and other different forms of crimes. The different types of crimes are always associated with poor people or those under low living conditions who did not get access to education.

Therefore, this will affect the students in a way that they will not be able to succeed in school. Such ethical issue then will make the education system fail to meet the goal and objective that it has. Having considered the ethical issues have a huge impact on the education system, the school and the government will come up with strategies to curb the challenges especially of the students coming from low-income families.

The education system will need to be able to hire teachers who are also very qualified and skilled to be able to deal with the different ethical issue that affects the students in class and school at large. The environment that the teachers offer will be so ethical and it can be able to make sure and also facilitate the fact that the child will be able to achieve their goals and the standards that are achieved by any other students.

Other than the above-mentioned issue, the education system has other inequalities that are termed to be unethical as long as they promote unequal access to education for the student. However, Congress has been spearheading the whole acts and has been at the forefront to address the ethical inequalities. There acts that have been passed and many revolve around the act of the child left behind. The congress passed the above act so that they can be able to ensure all the students are not discriminated on the basis of ethics.

The acts also placed some efforts that were all meant to make sure all the students are able to meet their goals in schools if only they are not mistreated in ways that are termed to be unethical. An ideal learning environment in one way or another can be a strategy that can be used to make the students perform well, this has been suppressed by the ethical discrimination of the students in the education system (Contreras, 2011). For the students to be able to achieve their goals they will need to be educated in a classroom that is safe with the assistance of a teacher who are well prepared.

For the education system to be able to address the ethical issue it will need to have effective goals that are asked to the students at the end of all the lessons that the teacher takes the students through (Talbot, 2014). The administrator needs to be tested by congress; this can be achieved only by setting some standards. The school is supposed to be given some mission and the vision which they have to work towards. This will make sure there is transparency and hence no ethical issue will be noticed or identified due to truthfulness.
