PART B (10%)

This assignment requires you to reflect on the 5 goals you prepared near the beginning of the semester (for Part A of this assignment), which were related to your Work Integrated Learning (WIL) experiences.

Assignment Instructions: This is the second part (Part B) of your Goal Setting Assignment. For each goal you created in Part A of the Goal Setting Assignment, you will write out each goal in the first column for the Part B assignment sheet. In the second column of this sheet, you will let me know if the original goal outlined in Part A was realistic in the timeframe you had given. Why or why not? In the third column, you will let me know how you knew if you were successful in reaching your goal, OR, how did you know that you were not successful in reaching your goal? In the fourth and final column, you will provide me with some information regarding your greatest challenge(s) in terms of reaching the goal set. I have included a worksheet to help you along:  Goal Setting Assignment – Part B

Additionally, you are required to outline two future goals that you set for yourself now that you are finished your WIL. These goals have to be related to your WIL. Provide two specific goals, a timeline for attaining these two new goals, information regarding how you will know if you have reached these two new goals, as well as the barrier(s) you perceive to overcome. Make sure you are specific as you enter all of this information into the charts provided for Part B of your Goal Setting Assignment.
