Choices in the Judicial System Brian is currently facing the child pornography charges at hand; he is guilty of downloading and sharing so many images displaying porn among children from one state to another and even further communicating internationally. The purpose of finding court charges against Brian was that the investiga- tion was done by officer Yoder and me together with internet crime sources against children. When the investigation was conducted, Brian came into the limelight as the prime victim, and the police radar was on him. Then the police had to issue the search warrant to us to have access to Brian’s house. At the time of the search, one of Brian’s computers was taken away at the time of questioning; he later accepted that after having pictures of child porn, he went ahead to upload them on the internet and allow sharing across the states and even outside. Each investigation involving all the child sexual investigation were mostly handled by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), which can get into each detail that will help in their investigation and give them concrete evidence. The FBI always conducts a task form
and assembles all the resources even with the help of other agencies such as the federal, state, foreign law enforcement, and even locals. Once the FBI has picked up the investigation of child sexual abuse, it gives us hope and assurance that the case will be considered a federal case and presented on a federal level. Once the inves- tigation is done, there are so many chances of prosecuting Brian Categorically, and every state will hold Brian accountable for their actions. They will pave the way for the Federal government to take jurisdiction over Brian's crimes of uploading and sharing children's porn (Brookman, et al. 2019).
The sensitivity of the crime done by Brian regarding the serious crime has attracted all the stakeholders concerned, such as parents. Hence their level of seriousness will not allow the state to engage the plea taking even if the circumstances have forced them to do that. The serious offense committed by Brian will have no option

rather than accepting to admit the case to the federal level since he offended the state as well, but the same suspect majorly violated the federal law. The kind of Brian cases put it in a better position to be handed over to the federal level where the court will be keen in making sure that answers given by Brain should not be pushing the state to take any plea on behave of the suspect. It is quite evident since ten suspects have confessed that he is the one who took pictures of the children and shared distributing them on social media (Kleemans, & Van Koppen, 2020). For both the prosecution and the defense, one advantage of the plea bargaining is that neither party is at danger of losing the case outright at trial. In circumstances when the evidence in favor of or against a defendant is dubious, bargaining may be a viable option for the lawyers to limit their prospective losses by reaching a mutually accepted resolution. Using plea bargaining as a tool for the courts may also help them save precious resources for the situations that need them one of most. There are so many explanations why it was right not proper to let Brian go with the built- up cases against him because we feared the state could risk making many types of plea deals while incorporating the defendant. The public expectation and that of the affected family is to have all the criminal offenses committed by Brian be fully prosecuted to the extent of the constitutional laws put in place. After a fair judg- ment by the competent courts, it will be the greatest of all to have the suspect put behind bars as a preventive measure to stop the man from committing further sex- ual assault or instead abuses to any other girl out there ever again. Before the judges handle such a sensitive case involving minors, let them think of the psychologi- cal pain such families might be going through for the coming years. Therefore, the decision to lock down Brian and put him behind bars is a noble decision that will end the episode of children pictures found all over the internet and even pornographic videos involving children (Deer, 2017). If Brian's computers were taken away at the time of questioning, then later accepted having pictures of child porn and confessed to uploading them on the internet and allowing sharing across the states and even outside. Those gadgets should be destroyed with immediate effect to prevent such obscene materials from circulating on the internet again. In the future, if we could get hold of another person, there is no need to waste a lot of time and resources investigating the incident. The suspect will be put into prison so that it could
make a positive impact against the exploitation of children
