The pedestrians in smart city centers and crowd congestion use agent-based models to simulate that facilitate communication and visualization of the models. 3D imagining makes it easier to for people to understand smart cities. Smart city has visual reference of locations unique comprising of almost all the indispensable

infrastructures providing a superiority lifestyle to its residents. Big data is used by businesses to make strategic movements, including decisions when appropriately analyzed (Bhavnani and Sylvan, 2017). Analysis of big data is used in studying large amounts of data where valuable information can be uncovered and extracted.

Newer technologies are being employed by big data in smart cities to increase and make use of services in the towns potentially. For example, ICT makes the availability of data collected through its components. This type of technology is also referred to as the Internet of Things, and it does communicate between different connected devices and does exchange data requiring either internet or wireless connections (Colombo, & Ferrari, 2015). This paper gives a brief history of how different organizations in smart cities are using big data to prosper in terms of production and efficiency.

Smart cities are employing the use of Internet of Things strategies to extract data that requires the internet to run. Deploying big data in smart cities has also impacted operations in organizations (Psomakelis et al. 2015). Many organizations are constructing and redefining new models so that they can initiate the use

of big data. Research shows that organizations and companies using big data and investing in it have higher chances of being more productive than those not employing its usage. As with organizations in smart cities, there is technical ability and investment ability importance through the deployment of big data. Organizations th+at have had strategic tools do not have to replace them but use the same means more effectively at their disposal.

Big data, for example, has interfered with production volume and flow of information. Smart cities are collecting unstructured plus structured data of large amounts, which enable them to make decisions that are data-driven for amenities and services provisions' provision (Osman, 2019). On the same, big data is equipping stakeholders with untapped insights into problems within the organization. Smart cities are composed of different characteristics that keep them going. The city has intelligent people, a smart economy, their ways of governing things are bright, their environments are smart, and they have smart mobility.

Manufacturing is improved by big data when workers take advantage of analytics that hates advanced, thus reducing faults and helping minimize time usage and save money. There has been a waste reduction by manufacturers, which has led to an improvement in the quality of production and yields, and by this Six Sigma and Lean programs have been implemented. A six-sigma process, as adapted by many organizations, is a set of techniques used by the management in improving methods of business through reducing error and defeat chances.

Some of the other approaches the manufacturers have employed include advanced analytics. Advanced analytics is how statistics and information or tools of mathematics are applied to the data of the intended business so that there can be an improvement in production (Osman, 2019). By use of this approach, managers can look into past data in history that concern the company and then try to optimize the data or compare them with recent to have an excellent yield at the end of it.

Netflix is the leading company involved with entertainment streaming service. This corporation has a wealth of data and analytics, and through this, it's able to provide insight to millions of customers. Netflix Company does collect data from its customers, and then implement models of data analytics to discover the behaviors of their customers and buying patterns. The company keeps its users' interactions on point through screenshot scenes viewed repeatedly, and rates give and the type and number of searches. Through this data, Netflix creates a thorough and comprehensive profile of its customers. Netflix also employs data analytics by employing a recommendation algorithm. This is used to suggest scenes and shows on televisions according to their customers' preferences (Osman, 2019). The services-oriented architecture is a platform that is employed and used in retrieving and analyzing stemming o big data from social networking sites.

The use of big data, the parking meters in Barcelona are efficient and modernized. Barcelona is one of the smart cities anyone would like to land on. The city government is using the Internet of Things to make the city better. Some of the innovations made in the city have yielded cost savings and amended good life for residents in the area: Barcelona advanced bike-sharing and electric car usage.

Having the digitalized bus stops, people have had interactive experiences since they can quickly get updates about their take-offs, access free Wi-Fi, and gets

apps that will help them in knowing more about the city (Rabari and Storper, 2015). A company in Barcelona, Spain, using big data in radical platforms includes the PepsiCo.

Pepsi Company uses some platforms within big data technology to improve its efficiency. It uses an intelligent automation platform, integration of enterprises, data analytics, and an Omni commerce hub channel. These digital platforms have helped in data integration simplification, governance of data through efficient visibility in terms of management and access controls (Singh, & Reddy, 2015). The management in the company has issued artificial intelligence machines that have helped in solution learning.

In terms of security, planning, transport, future-proofing, sustainability, and useful spending, smart cities feel to hit the target they need. Big data uses predictive analysis to avoid troubles in the town. This radical platform is used in studying both geographical and historical data to recognize where crimes are likely to occur. Sensors are used by the cities to provide information about them, for example, what might be lacking and how fast the development of a situation can take. Through the use of historical data, it's easier to curb traffic in the city. Patterns studied help in reducing and minimizing traffic congestions in the cities (Singh and Reddy, 2015). Big data will also modify a city through automation. Automation in the town is used for routing of intelligent trafficking. References
