5-How is the (board, finance, staffing, or volunteer) area of this not-for-profit organization organized?

6-How does the organization communicate its goals and strategies both internally and externally?

7What are some of the fundraising strategies (or fundraising activities, if the subject is a volunteer) used by this organization?

8How does the organization seek and recruit volunteers?

9-Is this organization looking to expand or sustain its current operation? *

10-What are some long-term goals for this organization? *

* Questions 9 and 10, indicated with an asterisk (*) above, may not be applicable during an interview with a volunteer. Develop additional questions for volunteers. If you need suggestions, talk with your instructor.
