Mentorship Objectives

In number 2 ( learning objective) it states that the objective must show the student (which is me) actually performing a specific, physical hands-on task. There are several Learning objectives in which you do not and they are the following.

2. Individual player development.

Player development is the route a player takes with their trainer toward enhancing their

performance.

3. Lineman participate putting the run offense into play

The defense line on a football team comprises of the strongest and biggest players on the

defense. The defensive lineman sustains the line as if in the trenches, a place he fights with

repulsive lineman play after play.

4. Allow for team players to build confidence

Self-belief is an inner urge for dodging failure, attempting to be prosperous. Thus, boosting self-

confidence should be emphasized to get rid of disagreements.

5. To instill a lifelong love and passion for football

Football is an exciting game to watch and play. It will be essential to impart this to the players to

ensure that they have the excitement to play football.
