As for our Goals and Measurement, we hope to use ratings and reviews from the users, surveys, interviews, and focus groups as our primary research in order to see if there are ways we can improve the application so that it will make the user experience better.

For our secondary research, we hope to use our competitor analysis and social media analysis in order to find ways to differentiate our product and make key marketing decisions.

Primary Research: ● Ratings and Reviews from the Users and Surveys: We want our customers to leave feedback (positive or negative) because customer satisfaction is our priority. These reviews will allow us to see what features of the app can be improved upon. ● Interviews: With this method, customers will have the opportunity to provide feedback in person. This will allow us to communicate with them directly in order to resolve any issues more efficiently. Additionally, their feedback will allow us to see what features of the app can be improved upon once again. ● Focus Groups: We will have a group of people test our app every time there is a new update in order to make sure that the app is working properly. Additionally, the participants can provide feedback if they wish. We will then use our data collection and feedback from participants in order to adjust the app if necessary.

Secondary Research: ● Competitor Analysis: Analyzing our competition can reveal broad trends in the marketplace. This information will provide us the advantage of being able to spot opportunities for differentiating our product/service. ● Social Media Analysis: Analyzing our social media will help us better understand the needs and expectations of our customers. We can use this information to make key marketing decisions and invest smarter in product development. This will allow our app to reach a larger audience and satisfy many customers.
