Pursuant to paragraph 12 of the Standing Family Law Court Order, the Wife hereby files her Notice of Specific Relief Requested and states she will request the following specific relief at a temporary hearing:

1. That the Court order shared parental responsibility of the minor child and establish a parenting plan that includes a timesharing schedule. The Wife’s proposed timesharing schedule is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”;

2. That the Court order the payment of child support from the Husband to the Wife in the amount of $___________ per month.

3. That the Court order the payment of spousal support from the Husband to the Wife in the amount of $_______ per month.

Proposed Temporary Time Sharing Schedule

The Wife proposes that the Husband have time sharing with the minor child every other weekend from Friday after school through Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m. The Husband shall also have the minor child one evening during the week from the child’s release from school until 8:00 p.m.
