2. Jung Personality Test

Developed by Carl Gustav Jung, the Jung personality test measures how different people perceive dealing and relating with others (Miller, 2011). It processes information processing, decision making, and organization of life. It gives an overview of behavior and personality. The test contains 60 question which classify a persons’ personality as introvert, sensor, feeler, perceiver or a combination of some or all (Miller, 2011). The test takes into consideration age, gender, level of education, career choice and satisfaction at the place of work.

The descriptions about Raban’s behavior indicate that the Personality Type that most accurately describes him is: Introvert-Sensor-Feeler-Perceiver. Good info, writing problems

3. The Beck Depression Inventory Test

Developed by Aaron T. Beck, this is a 21-question self-report inventory that contains multiple choice questions. It is among the majorly used psychometric tests for measuring depression. It is based on the principles of patient’s thoughts unclear to determine depression (Jackson-Koku, 2016). It takes about 10 minutes to complete, easy to understand and has a consistency BDI range of .73 to .92 and a mean of .86 (Jackson-Koku, 2016). Each of the multiple choice offered is assigned a point value of 0 to 3. It has 4 multiple choices. At the end of the assessment, the total points are added up. The score assessment has the ranges of: 0-13 minimal depression, 14-19 mild depression, 20-28 moderate depression and 29-63 as severe depression (Jackson-Koku, 2016). Raban scored 11 points which indicate suggests that he is mildly depressed.

Be careful about using definite terms. It is preferred to use suggestive descriptors such “he may…” or “the results suggest” this or that.

4. The Beck Anxiety Inventory test

Developed by Aaron T. Beck, the test comprises of 21 multiple choice questions that are on a self-report inventory. It is used to measure the severity of anxiety in children and adults too. The questions asked infer refer to the common symptoms of anxiety that the patient could have portrayed (Bardhoshi et al., 2016). This include numbness, tingling, fear of the worst happening and sweating due to heat. However, it is designed for age 17 and older. It usually takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete. The scores ranges are: 0-7 for minimal anxiety, 8-15 for mild anxiety symptoms, 16-25 for moderate anxiety and 26-63 for severe anxiety (Bardhoshi et al., 2016). Raban scored a score of 6 which lies in the range of minimal anxiety, ??

Some useful info about the tests but too much detail in places, and the writing makes it difficult to understand

PYSYCHOLOGICAL IMPRESSIONS

Raban tests’ results show that he is emotionally intelligent and mentally fit and can thus cope with challenging environments. Better not to begin with a conclusion and why is this underlined? According to the IPIP NEO results on extraversion, Raban had an average score. This indicates that he is neither an introvert nor an outgoing extrovert. Raban is a friendly person, a character he obtained due to the nature of his work. I don’t think so—his character and personality were formed long before he went to work He is able to interact well with new people. He has the ability of forming close and intimate relationships with people. He enjoys the company of other people. As shown in the Jung Personality test, Raban is an all-round person with his results indicating that he is an introvert-sensor-feeler-perceiver. You have mentioned this twice but haven’t explained it yet He has a good mastery of processing information, making informed decisions, and has a well laid out strategic organization of his life.

Raban has a well-balanced personality with no extremities. Awkward He is able to handle practical matters while relying on facts while at the same time drawing meaningful insights from his thoughts. He is flexible and can adapt to any situation that he finds himself in. He also understands the importance of emotions especially in generating empathy for other people. It creates a yearning to help them in their life challenges. You need to support each aspect from the test results or the interview.

Raban is a team player and seems to be well acquainted with the importance of teamwork as cited by his high score on cooperation. He is willing to compromise his own needs in order to get along with others. This is an important trait especially when carrying out a task in an insecure place or areas that you are not acquainted with. He is likely to get along well with other people and successfully steer implementation of team’s objectives. Based on??

Learning to trust others helps in bringing out the best in them. Raban possesses a high trust level. He chooses to view people as fair and with good intentions which helps to bring out the best in them. Having pursued social work in his whole career path, Raban can be viewed as altruistic. He generates fulfillment by helping others. However, he has a strong balance of this trait with sympathy as can be seen from his average score. Too much sympathy and compassion may lead to pity which may lead to mental health conditions. Many people resent excessive pity too. Based on??

Raban is mentally fit as evidenced by his scores in the Beck Anxiety Inventory test and Beck Depression Test. You reported that the Beck suggest he is mildly depressed Working in a facility where mental conversations are very prudent, unclear Raban ensures that he takes great care of his mental health. In the IPIP NEO test, on Neuroticism, the test indicates that his level of depression is low. He is happy at most times, a behavior that can be attributed to the passion he has for his job and the stable social support structure. He is able to cope with the normal demands of life and tougher situations too (Kajonius & Johnson, 2019). He is less emotionally reactive and exhibits normal situations as they are without exaggeration. He is less anxious too as attributed in his average score in anxiety in the IPIP NEO test and low range in the Beck Anxiety Inventory test. He is generally calm, fearless and knows how to handle situations appropriately.

Raban is well composed and able to cope with stressful situations. He exhibits low levels of anger and is not sensitive about being resented or treated fairly. Working in a heightened atmosphere, he has learnt how to control his anger. His lower score on self-consciousness further compliments this fact. He is barely affected by what others think of him. He is comfortable with rejection and ridicule and does not take into heart criticism. He hardly suffers from the mistaken impression that they he is being watched or judged. From the answers, in his questions, he focuses on the bigger picture while maintaining clarity of the things at hand too. No support

Raban can be said to be well composed and able to cope with stressful situations. His exhibits low levels of anger and is not sensitive about being resented or treated fairly. From the answers, in his questions, he focuses on the bigger picture while maintaining clarity of the things at hand too. No support

However, from the tests Raban can be described as practical, conservative and down to earth. He rarely indulges in fantasy or creates a virtual reality. He is more oriented to the realistic facts. He does not express his emotions openly and has a complete understanding of his feelings though he does not let them influence his decisions. Raban prefers dealing with people rather than ideas. He is more interested in the humanity aspect of life than the sciences. Lastly, Raban has a liberal mind with the potential of challenging the existing norms (Kajonius & Johnson, 2019). He scored very high in Liberalism. This could be attributed to his encounter of unjust social, political and economic systems which in many occurrences push people to stress and depression. Most of them seek for coping mechanisms in substance abuse, where Raban works. better

Raban has a notable weaknesses in that he talks lees ?? and only voices for his opinion when asked for. This could be confused for introversion but Raban is outgoing and more likely to start off conversations especially with people he does not know. This could be associated with his skill of being a keen listener. In his answers, he indicated that he takes calculative measures before deciding what to say. He also appears content with his life owing to his poor score in achievement-striving and average level of self-efficacy. He has a high level of self-discipline and reported to complete tasks on time with minimal distractions.

Some good info but poorly organized and written, and lacking in providing support from the test results.
