1. Data Needed: Going to need to know the diagnoses of the patients seen in the E.D. within the past thirty days, the gender of the patients seen in the E.D. and amount of the time the patient stayed in the E.D along with the date of the visit. The patient clinic number will also need to be known, and the patient date of birth.
