Part B this is my response to the assignment after reading my peers & what the assignment entailed should I have done this differently. Please respond

In summary, I have established from My diet analysis that there are deficiencies and over-provision of certain food. Besides, there is a repetitive intake of bread, and chicken breast (choosemyplate.gov/, n.d.). The quantity of vegetables and fruits is low with high levels of proteins, low dairy, and vitamins. It is recommendable to increase the vegetables, fruits, vitamin, dairy foods while reducing proteins bit.

The quantity of low-fat milk for breakfast is a 1/3 a cup instead of the recommendable ½ a cup, thus it should be limited to that quantity. The repetitive intake of foods in the same class such as bread, muffin, and sausage in one meal is unsuitable. There should be a variation of the whole grains and having a target of 5.0 oz a day.

The only fruits taken for a day are mango, pear, and tomato. There should be additional fruits in the meal of a day. There are fewer carbohydrates too in the one-day consideration. The same issues are repeated in day 2 and three.

Based on MyPlate, I have to consider a variation of vegetables hence include 3.0 cups of dark green vegetables, 2.5 cups of orange vegetables, 3.5 cups of beans and peas, 9.0 cups of starchy vegetables, and 10 cups of other vegetables in every week (Healthy Eating Means Consuming a Variety of Foods). As for fats and sugars, they should be restricted to 512 calories, while oils remain at 10.0 teaspoons and the whole grains stick as 5.0 oz equivalents.
