Diversity audience short answer
Module Four Journal Guidelines and Rubric.html
Overview
Audiences must be analyzed in terms of several characteristics, and culture is one of them. However, a target audience can include more than one culture or variations within a single culture. Across the United States and around the world, other characteristics, such as demographics (for example, age, gender, and median salary) may lead to multiple interpretations of the same message.
Prompt
You’re in charge of marketing a new morning talk show on a popular Spanish-language television network, and you are in the process of defining the target audience. Write a journal assignment describing why it’s important to understand diverse audience cultures when defining target audiences and messages.
Next, identify at least two strategies to ensure that the target audience and message you create to promote the new Spanish talk show are informed by an accurate understanding of diverse audience cultures.
