Here is the students post:

Hello Class, In our textbook, the relationship between e-government and the creation of a more citizen-centric government is examined and discussed. I have located an article about improving e-government through a citizen-centric approach that I have found interesting to our textbook. As e-government becomes the norm in countries around the world, information and communications technologies as the internet and mobile networks are evolving from just being an officer tool to a transformation agent for the public sector (Improving e-government, 2020). This is where the government begins to run into challenges as they are shifting their strategies from supply-driven to focusing on the needs and demands of the end-users. E-government's all-around purpose is to meet the citizen’s needs anywhere, anytime. Their goal is to be able to reach as many users as possible while they integrate service delivery across the public sector (Improving e-government, 2020). While there have been many issues with e-government along the way, the whole approach is to enhance citizen’s lives.
