Module #4 Stock Assignment

1. You will create TWO excel charts (time to learn how if you do not know how).  One telling me the movement in the price of your stock of your stock; the other the value of all the stock you own.   (remember it starts at $10,000)  Use at least 2 or 3 dates a module.  You do not have to check daily.

2. Go to  the investor relations website.  Give me a live link to the  last filed annual report.   It must be from the investor relations website.  To find the information below you may have to download the report and search.  If your stock is newly gone public, then it does not have an annual report.  Find it's S-1 (registration statement) on its website and give me that link.; you can get the information I am asking for from the S-1.

3.  Report  & compare the net income from the year of the annual report and the preceding year.   If they do not call it net income do not fret.  Might be consolidated income or earned income.  Try to find some sort of income after expenditures, give me the numbers and tell me whether it went up or down.

4.  Go to the section regarding  Risk.  What is one of the possible risk, as discussed in the annual report, that this company is facing this year?  Anything but Covid 19.  Again you may have had to download the report.
