WRMC: Employee Engagement Survey

For an assignment to be completed displaying Mastery: Discuss why we do surveys?

EXAMPLE: Employee engagement is critical to the success of WRMCs mission, vision, and values. Measuring and analyzing employee feedback helps determine focus areas for improvement. By investing in emotional and intellectual commitment, WRMC will motivate employees to work together as teams to deliver better patient care as efficiently as possible (Anitha, 2014).

The main components that influence engagement are work environment, leadership, team relationships and communication, service and quality focus, and training or career development (Anitha, 2014, paras. 11-14; Croswell, n.d.).

WRMC Employee Engagement Survey

Introduction

WRMC is dedicated to creating an open and inclusive work environment to allow teams to provide the best care possible for our patients. Your opinions and ideas are needed to make sure we are keeping and enhancing what works in our hospital along with addressing what may be improved.

Please complete this anonymous survey as honestly and transparently as possible stating YES or NO to the following questions. Our goal is to “listen” to your feedback and work together to strive for a better work environment.
