Part 2 (a)

I will open a fish processing company in China. The company mainly processes fish, sells semi-finished products to the market, and also makes fish waste into fish feed. Potential customers are mostly local supermarkets and restaurants. Potential customers of fish feed are local fish farms. If the customer is also our supplier (we buy their fish), they will get an extra discount.

Part 2 (b)

First, I want to conduct market research on our potential customers. Use data analysis to determine their geographic location, user habits and other characteristics to formulate our marketization plan (J. Zhang and L. Yang, 2017). I will advertise on the local TV station. Because in rural China, the penetration rate of the Internet is not that high, and many fishermen still get information from TV. So we put advertisements in some programs that fishermen often pay attention to. Secondly, I will place advertisements on some fishing websites. In this way, our potential customers have a greater chance of seeing our ads. Finally, we advertised on WeChat. Some micro-businesses selling fishing gear and advertising on the response section of Alibaba website. The advantage is that more breeders may see the advertisement through the Internet, and the time is not limited. The disadvantage is that it is expensive.

Part 3

First of all, we need to understand the local breeding policy and determine the sustainability of the policy. Secondly, it is necessary to find stable suppliers as much as possible to obtain better supply resources. Establish our potential customers' files, conduct tracking and feedback surveys on them, and expand our customer base by establishing a reward mechanism. Of course, all this is inseparable from a modern information system. Through the information system and big data, we establish files for all suppliers and customers, analyze their needs, to optimize our product line and output, and maximize revenue (V. Vychuzhanin, et al, 2017).
