CHANGES ALLOWED

■ Windows and doors can be altered, and new ones can be added to any wall.

■ Internal non-structural walls can be removed or changed.

■ The position of the door or opening can be changed on the walls supporting the stairs, but, to keep the structural integrity, the opening is limited to one side only.

■ A deck or outdoor entertaining area can be added to north end of the home.

CHANGES NOT ALLOWED

■ The front entry door must remain in the same position.

■ Structural walls supporting the staircase are to remain, and the opening is limited to one side only.

■ The stairs are to remain intact. They angle over the old WC leading to the second level, resulting in the WC ceiling being angled.
