Grading

This assignment is worth 20 points. Late work is not accepted. Your score is based on:

1. Accurate determinations of sexual assault for each scenario (4 points) 2. Accurate and complete identification and explanation of which components of consent were missing for each scenario (16

points)

Failure to answer a question at all, failure to answer a question correctly, and/or failure to answer a question completely will result in a loss of points.

Proofreading is expected and you will need to use complete sentences. Multiple errors (in grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization) will result in a loss of up to 2 points (10%) on this assignment.

Citations are not required on this assignment unless you consult a resource other than the textbook. However, plagiarized work (see Syllabus for definition of plagiarism) will result in a 0 on this assignment - there are no exceptions.
