Full Disclosure
Failing to Disclose property defects like a poor foundation on a property.
Hiding infromation about the property or overstating facts for example saying a house is older or newer than what it really is
Saying features of the house are better than they really are for example saying the property has real wood floors when it really has vinyl flooring.
Fully Disclose all features and infromation of the property to avoid in conflicts with full disclosure.
Bad Deals
Realtors purposely trying to get sellers or buyers to walk from a deal so they can save the deal for themselves.

Realtors charging unfavorable commission rates to different people based on their own prejudices.
Best way to avoid bad dealing is to always to what is in the best interest of your client.

Giving priority to deals in house vs Outside deals
Telling buyers and sellers what the outside offers are so they can make a better offer.
Ignoring Outside deals altogether
Treat every deal the same and be fair to al parties involved
