Class and facilitator will provide feedback
Utilize presentation and communication skills learned the program
Create a .ppt presentation to accompany you – use your organizations’ template or create your own
Classmates welcome to share their perspectives on your growth and learning
Be creative – this is your time!

Leadership lessons and techniques learned in MLDP
Reflections on your development as a leader during MLDP
Use your Action Planning notes taken during class
Anything from MLDP you will apply in your job or other leadership positions
Self-reflection or realizations discovered during MLDP
The impact that MLDP may already have on your work

Wear business attire as though you were presenting at your workplace
There are no “right” or “wrong” topic areas
Practice at home in front of a mirror, your family, or colleagues
Presentations will take place on Zoom
