THE PROBLEM AND THE PURPOSE OF THE RESEARCH

Problem: There are certain rumors about the company that it does not fulfil the rights of labourers rather basic, clean working is not provided to them. Workers argue that they cannot blame the brand publicly as some of the workers have been fired which tried to complaint against it. A lady who attempted suicide and died was forcefully exited out of the company due to missing time from the inhumane schedule of working.

Purpose: The purpose of this marketing research is that either the image of Khaadi company has affected or not. Do the workers have to work in the inhumane environment or they are just giving false statements.

THE UNIT OF ANALYSIS OF THE RESEARCH

The unit of analysis of the research is Workers who are tortured. These are the workers due to which the popularity of the company is being affected. It is said that Pakistan has passed the law of giving at least 14000 to labourers per month while having no skills.

THE RESEARCH VARIABLES

The popularity of brand is being lessened by the increasing number of statements given by workers. There is total three research variables present here in which the popularity of brand, number of statements and the workers are included, and these variables are dependent variables and independent Variables.

Independent variables:

1. Number of statements 2. Workers

Dependent variable:

1. Popularity of brand.

EXAMPLES FOR RESEARCH NULL HYPOTHESES AND ALTERNATIVE HYPOTHESES

Null hypothesis #1: Khaadi is not doing anything bad to the workers and workers are just blaming company for nothing. Null hypothesis #2: Popularity of brand is equal to the number of workers raising voices against inhumane behavior of Khaadi.

Alternate hypothesis #2: Popularity of brand will be decreased with the increase in number of workers raising their voices against inhumane behavior of Khaadi.

Null Hypothesis H 0: μ= voices of workers against inhumane behavior of Khaadi. Alternate Hypothesis Ha : μ < voices of workers against inhumane behavior of Khaadi.

THE DATA SOURCE

Sources that are used in marketing research are secondary sources not the primary resources as the company I chose to do research is not based around me and I could not go and find out the data by myself. That is the reason, data has been collected from the journals written on the issue and the articles written in different newspapers about the problem are also analyzed to get opinions. Moreover, data collected by the websites is also collected from the individual sites on Google.
