Coca-Cola Company is among the leading companies that deal in the manufacturing and selling beverage bases, concentrates and syrups. The company being a global company, owns various brands, and it is also responsible for all the consumer branding-related activities, including marketing, in terms of operation management (Smallwood, 2019). The most critical activity in any company, specifically in Coca-Cola, is the techniques implemented in managing the operations in both sectors, manufacturing, delivering, and marketing. This is because the way the operation of a company is organized and managed plays a significant role in determining the quality of services and goods that will be offered to the customers since among many factors that can be used to measure the success of any company, customer satisfaction is the main thing considered as a measure.

The structure of operation management in Coca-Cola company is the factor used to drive and implement significant operations in the company. The critical operations of the Coca-Cola company involve strategic planning that includes shaping good locations to install industrial pants and determining the construction of networks. All these activities are facilitated by the relevant management and how the information governance system is implemented in the company (Smallwood, 2019). Due to the fact that Coca-Cola company has various branches across the world, it, therefore, needs the best technique of integrating the information governance in its system.

The operation managers are among the key individuals who participate in most of the activities that help ensure smooth operation taking place in different departments of Coca-Cola company. The managers participate in many ways in the process of information governance in the company. The operation managers are engaged with the workers in most of their duties. Therefore, they are significant individuals who need more attention in designing and implementing the various platforms that involve a lot of the information relating to the company (Smallwood, 2019). The operation managers in Coca-Cola company are tasked with the crucial role of keeping in touch with the ever-changing technology so that they have to ensure the company is always operating on the latest technology.

The information governance of Coca-Cola company requires many components and individuals to participate to be actualized in all of the company's branches across the world. The top managers and the executives of Coca-Cola company need to have skills and knowledge of identifying and perceiving innovation in different ways (In et al., 2018). Also, the managers are expected to ensure the company's business goals are heading in the right way. The manager is responsible for checking and evaluating the quality of the products and the packaging before it is delivered. This flow of roles is an essential concept that outlines the information governance in the company.

Information governance is a basic tool that the company can use to facilitate an effective distribution process of the manufactured products to all the retailers of Coca-Cola worldwide. This process is crucial because it ensures that Coca-Cola products are available worldwide for its customers to access and buy. This not only maintains the popularity of the company but also improves the quality of the product by getting more feedback from the customers that can be used to improve the quality and taste of the products (Mikalef et al., 2020). Coca-Cola company being a global business has a larger number of employees all over. This means that among the biggest challenges that Coca-Cola Company faces is the management of all the branches across the world to ensure that they all give the same service and product as required. This management problem can be solved efficiently by implementing a good information governance system that can help in the flow of information among the managers of Coca-Cola across the world.
