Open Microsoft Project
If the template projects are not showing, click open, if they are showing:
Choose “Install Project Server 2013” Project - click "Create" in the dialog box
Make the following changes to project plan (If you get a dialog box to accept or cancel changes - accept the change or conflict)
· Right Click on the Task Mode Column and choose "Add Column"
Add WBS column"

After the "Resource Name Column" Add % completed column
. The following WBS number should reflect these percentages:

· Extend the number of duration days for the Following WBS tasks (Accept any conflicts that may arise)

· Make the following date changes

· Set 3.2 to have 3.1. as a predecessor
· Add the following Tasks (Right click on the row numbers to the far left choose insert task)
. After 4.3.3 add task to Test Project server application - 2 days starting 3 days after 4.3.3. ends
. After 5.1.2 add task to Create Project site template - 1 day start 1day after 5.1.1. starts
· Add the following Milestones -
. Before 3. add task and double click where it says <New Task> to open the Task dialog box. (This will be the last task in the 2.x series)
1. Enter the name Configuration SQL Complete Milestone
1. Go to the "Advanced" tab and click the "Mark as Milestone" Box
1. Duration is 0 days and starts and ends the same day task before it ends
. Before 4. add the Milestone Install & Configure Sharepoint Complete Milestone
2. Duration is 0days and starts and ends the same day as the task before it.
. Add final Milestone task for the 4.x series using the same flow as previous milestones.

· Provide Screenshot of Gantt Chart (at least to line 25)
