3. On the Control Telescope page, request RGB images for at least one target of your choice.

- For each image your request, make a screen capture of the

request has been submitted page (see example below).

4. When your image file(s) arrive, process each one using the techniques practiced above and save a .GIF file to insert below, along with the request has been submitted screen capture. Insert the screen capture and .GIF image under each target.

5. Upload this completed Word document to submit.

For this project to earn any credit, you must insert screen captures (NOT photos of your computer screen) and .GIF images processed using the JS9-4L web-based processing application, as described on the Tools and Training page. Again, a photo of your computer screen will NOT earn credit.

MicroObservatory only captures images on clear nights, and image files might take 48 hours or more to arrive. If you choose to compete this project you MUST request images several days prior to the due date to allow for cloudy skies and image processing time. Be sure to request each image at least 3 days in a row to ensure receiving usable files.
