According to studies, body language and gestures like smiling can reflect the motive behind the Organization. The smiling receptionist is giving validation of quality services. It helps form a positive first impression of the customers, and it's an indication that the patients are welcomed in the Environment (Dahiya, 2020). Such an attitude is the driving factor behind customers' satisfaction. Moreover, the receptionist's attitude of offering assistance to the customers would result in a great customer experience, thus ultimately increasing customer loyalty. High customer loyalty is directly related to the number of frequent visits.

If the receptionist is constantly smiling and offering help to the patients, then it shows that she is highly attentive and responsive to her environment. Such kind of behavior is significant for strong analytical and decision-making skills. Resolving all types of issues for the customers in a wide array would enhance the problem identification skills of the receptionist that could ultimately strengthen her decision-making skills (Dahiya, 2020). Moreover, positive behavior could also positively impact her personality as she would learn to stay composed and ready for any situation. Overall, her performance would be positively affected with positive feedback from patients and doctors.

Receptionists are the first people to interact with the customers in the workplace Environment. The attitude of the employees having direct interaction with customers is highly imperative for the workplace. It is even more important in the doctor's clinic because people with health issues demand emphatic behavior from the employees. In a given scenario, the receptionist must ensure that she has a "Communication with the visitors to save their time and offer more convenience. For me it really is very important. Because it seem like every time I would go to doctor's I would wand up in the hospital. So I'm so so nervous when I go to doctors it's really comforting going in a seeing a smile on the receptionist face. And being there to calm us down and make me feel more relaxed, this really helps calm me down.

How might the receptionist personality and attitude affect their job performance and decision making skills?

It's very important. One their making the patients relax and helping with all those patients to fill out all them papers for the doctor and information about our address and other important information. Attitude is key for any job not just receptionist but if they have a great attitude then just maybe it would make me relax so I won't be so scared when I do see doctor.And personally if the receptionist has a great personality and attitude it would show she is a good attitude and her personality is caring and that is showing the patient's and her employer she is very patient with the customer's, and great at her job.

What else could the receptionist do help to improve the doctor's office?

The receptionist can also call the patients to remind them of there appointments time and date. They can also keep the dictors office stay clean and comfortable for patients. She can really do the doctor's bills and make sure payments are being paid. Set up there next appointments. And always have a great greeting for us the patient's. The more we are relaxed the better it is for the doctor's. The receptionist and the doctors see a lot of patients everyday, so if they are always respectful and patient it shows they really enjoy there jobs and it shows.

From the description of this particular receptionist it seems they are in the right field aligning good customer service as well as practicing good teamwork skills. When patients are entering a doctors office or hospital setting they already come with their own doubts or discomfort with having to check on their health issues. Positive energy upon arrival can help comfort patients although it may not relieve all the stress. One of the metrics that is recorded by the healthcare industry is patient satisfactory. According to an article from Healthcare News, When patients are satisfied with their experience it increases their likelihood to return to the facility. Research also indicates that when employees are engaged and satisfied with their work it correlates to higher patient satisfactory (Larson 2021).

The described receptionist seems to be outgoing and extroverted. Seeing that the receptionist is able to tend to the patients while also assisting other coworkers with some task shows that their personality allows for a high performance of work. Also one thing I take from being able to help other positions in a job shows a great deal of motivation and a greater understanding of the whole work process. With a better understanding of the work environment and flow, you can be better at delegating which task should be done first. Whether you should process all paperwork first or talk with patients on accommodations they might need.

As well as the positive attitude with both customers and coworkers, image is an important way to improve the doctors office. People like to be in a clean environment when taking care of health needs, professional receptionist image can help have positive affect on the company's image. Being aware of the personnel will also help improve the overall service of a receptionist (Chron 2020). Most time if a receptionist is aware of who is at the office that day they will be able to better guide people to their designation.

My devotion and dedication to the company might deteriorate if the manager does not have adequate communication channels. I will be dissatisfied with the workplace environment and seek employment elsewhere, causing the firm to suffer more work as replacements are hired.

The staff will feel more confident as a result of good communication. It moreover instills a feeling of connectedness, solidarity, and accountability in them (Jackson, 2019). Rather than dismissing communication as a motivator, the manager should begin to embrace the following techniques.

What impact would the manager's communication style have on the team?

For being a manager, you need a lot of people skills. That means that you would have to be a great communicator to start off with. Then you would have to be a good example for the organization. But then you would have to be a good listener so that the other employees would have an impact on the others. That way they could become a great team like they should be. I believe that it is what it takes to be a great manager or a leader even thou they do not go together.

How would the managers communication style affect your own job satisfaction?

If there are some communication skills missing, then there then the whole leadership will have problems. If you have good skills, then you will go and get all these skills. I believe that if the manager had poor communication skills, then that would be a guessing game and it would not be a very good sight for any one everything would be in chaos because everything would be up in the air over everything. If the manager was not communicating very well then I do not think that the information will not come across the way it is supposed to and is being very misleading. So the work that is supposed to be done by today will not quite make it.

What kind of communication techniques could the manager use to be more inspiring leader?

It would set the tone of the workplace and ultimately the culture is created within the rules of its environment. If a manager has poor communication skills, then it is going to be hard for him or her to get to know their employees and vice versa. It is appreciated when someone has good communication skills because it is almost a form of respect in itself. You can be expecting someone to know something, or you can make sure they know it. A mangers communication skill would affect my job satisfaction, in ways I will work harder for people that I Know and have a relationship with. I currently have a manager that doesn’t even know the first thing about what her employees do and it puts the employees in difficult situations because there’s absolutely know avenue for communication everything is an order. It can be frustrating at times, but some people would rather not see their superiors, I would rather know who I’m working for. Some communication techniques a manger can use to become more effective to his workers are to hold face to face meetings one on one and group meetings. Don’t speak as a superior, their position already states their authority, create open door policies to encourage more voluntarily communication. Always be clear and substantive, reverify all information before telling employees to avoid confusion. A manager can also encourage criticism and let employees voice their opinions on the workplace and make sure they are heard. There are plenty of ways a manager can connect with their employees they just have to want to. A lot of managers have different goals and that’s okay, but different personalities click with different people and can sometimes make or break a workplace.

One of the critical advantages of organizational behavior appraisal is creating a suitable workplace environment for individuals. Many businesses have embraced a flattened, more typical structure after noticing this trend using organizational behavior modeling. It gives employees greater leeway in how they execute their tasks and with whom they engage (Kalwani & Mahesh, 2020). People like to work for organizations with a positive culture and a welcoming environment. They generally desire to work well with other workers and managers to realize the goals. Participating in the discussion board made me understand the importance of working in teams. Teamwork allows for a variety of viewpoints and insights. Members can discuss collaboratively in an atmosphere that supports teamwork, thus enhancing problem-solving more efficiently and decisively. Collaboration boosts efficiency and production (Asrori, & Tjalla, 2020). People become much more productive and efficient when they use collaborative tactics. That’s because it allows for the distribution of responsibilities, reduces personal stress, and ensures that work is done within a set period.

Discussion teamwork makes objectives more achievable, increases optimization, promotes job happiness and speeds up work. Learning possibilities abound when people work together. From the discussion, we learned from each other’s errors when we worked as a team. Working as a team helps people avoid mistakes in the future; they gain more perspective and acquire more ideas from their teammates. Synchronicity in teamwork is accomplished by group cohesion, common goals, collaboration, and motivation. People gain tremendous pride in success when they work together for the desired outcome, which motivates them.

Nothing is unclear because there is excellent communication both in live chats and during teamwork discussions. The school has provided a favorable environment and helpful learning strategies. Everything is fantastic the way it is now, and nothing could have yielded more additional useful information. Through communication, everyone can stay on the same page. What were the most compelling things that you learned about organizational behavior in the workplace? The fact that one of our discussion boards was about the receptionist that's very interesting first person you see in a business is the receptionist or secretary the first impression just like when you meet people is very important. Show going through that experience with that class and researching that was very good along with the discussion board and how dealing with how everyone else in the class saw it and what they wrote or very good and compelling also I felt what was more important that we had a class on a business from Korea not the United States and yes travel broadens person's mind and having did two tours in Korea I found that very compelling and interesting talkin about culture in structure an Asian people with their smile and laughter after everything that is said not knowing what people are thinking very compelling so here in America it's not the same so learning and seeing that and taking me back was very compelling I enjoyed this class that was very good professor.

How did participating in the discussion help your understanding of working in teams. Is any thing still unclear that could be clarified? Reading everyone else's discussion board always helps me give me a different perspective on how they solve the class and then structions of the professor and what he was looking for and how they prepare their discussion board in to read your research and have a different perspective this always is great and you're right it's like working as a team cuz you get to read their information they get to read yours and make a better discussion board and a paper for the class for everyone participation and understanding. No I'm clear I don't need anything clarify I enjoyed the class.

What approaches could have yielded additional valuable information? I feel the music part of the class should be more in-depth and provide more information not only in this class but in all the classes that I have taken with Shih Tzu they should expand the Muse information just like the entire it should be more in-depth on what the professor is trying to get across in his class and provide additional information answers the professor already knows but he's trying teachers so the Muse and the more on the intellipad should be in line with what the professor is trying to get across in his class.

I have always felt it takes an enormous amount of team work and organization to run a successful company no matter the size of the business. In our first discussion we talked about the receptionist and how their personality may impact everyone that has a stake in the company from the customers to the coworkers. Everyone could agree that, that is the type of teammate needed I saw how some classmates expressed rude attitudes was very off putting to their experience. Every player plays a role when it comes to keeping your morale up and productivity. I like how my classmate mentioned that a manager who is ineffective at managing a team it can cause the company or organization to lose capital whether it is money or human capital. I like to look at an organization as a machine that needs all of its parts well oiled to be able to smoothly maneuver through its time span. Learning how everyone has different motivations helps explain how hard it is to maintain a team. It takes an extremely skilled, people person to be able to put pieces in a way that can continue the success of a company as well as flow. It was mentioned how a pay raise can help motivate some employees compared to some who can use verbal feedback to help others stay motivated. Employee or member appreciation helps secure the organization. I would have liked to got more in depth about the different ways to keep motivation and innovation alive. Although it is case by case seeing different kinds of personalities such as introverts or extroverts ways of motivation would have been desirable for me. Overall Mr. Pahl did a great job of guiding discussions this semester. I liked how you completed a model to all the course work showing us great leadership.
