(a) What might be the key processes for health-care organizations?
The best possible processes for health-care organizations are what is done and how it is done. The best way to give answer the both question is Quality improvement. In health-care sense the Quality improvement is focusing on the patients, focusing on being a part of a team and focusing on the data that organizations uses.
(b) What are the potential common causes of variation that would have an impact on the key processes of health-care organizations?
The potential common causes of variation that would impact focusing on being on a team are the process or system is complex, it is possible that in organization not every person knows all the dimensions of an issue , there are more then one discipline or work area in this process, solutions require creativity and staff commitment and buy-in are needed.
(c) What special causes might be more important than the others?
A patient that is very sick and doesn’t get treated in a timely matter is more important than a new healthcare work without proper training that makes errors when admitting a patient.
(d) How might health-care organizations’ business environment be dynamic and change over time?
Health-care organizations’ business environment might be dynamic and change over time by having growth strategies in place. With growth strategies in place the health-care organizations, will focus more on the efforts that organization put in to expand their services and ultimately, their revenue and mission.
