Executive Summary

This proposal is to digitize Mamma Mia's bakery to facilitate adherence to current technology adaptations for business intelligence. The project is for store expansion due to the bakery increased customers. As a result, there is a need to employ more employees who shall be a counter server, a baker, an inventory controller, a bookkeeping expert, and two food service attendants. It is a crucial process to promote proper business relationships among the persons involved to facilitate effective business handling. Software from a third-party developer is effective in managing the entire project's delivery and an effective website to connect to customers. Integration of an information system is adequate to enable adherence to current technological processes whereby the owner aims to have the system perform inventory, point of sale, connection to suppliers and government departments , and manage inventory operations. This project shall facilitate the expected level of adherence to information system development .

SAMPLE

This proposal designs and executes the IT framework for Mamma's Bakery and Sandwich Shoppe. The IT framework will help improve business tasks and operations to develop a premium framework for point-of-sale, inventory, accounting, and other business purposes. This system will help her communicate with her service chain suppliers and other business connections. We will also utilize third-party apps to place orders for delivery and pick up through her new website for the store. The equipment and essential organization hardware will be introduced and set up for the business.
