McDonald's

McDonald's most popular food menu includes French fries, Big Mac, and snack wrap. These popular food menus have made it more competitive to their competitors. One learning program, which is being used by McDonald’s, includes the use of technology to deliver food to customers (Klein, 2019). For instance, the company uses a digital drive menu, which is used to display food-based on the time of the day, also they use voice technology in their kiosk, which requires one to order the food in any outlets.

Subway

Subway's most popular food menu includes turkey and tuna sandwiches. This has been the best-known menu that helps them compete. They have made some gains in technology usage by trying to woe their customers (Barbaschow, 2017). Their learning program includes mobile apps in their kiosk and loyalty programs that have made it easier for them to keep their most loyal customers.

Wendy

Wendy is one of the food restaurant chains that have been competing against Chick-Fil-A. The most popular food menu includes a burger and a spicy chicken sandwich. A key learning program is the use of marketing strategies that include using technology to reach their market, for instance, through the use of promotions and mobile apps (Escobar, 2018). The company has also incorporated the use of promotions as one of its learning programs. For instance, the company offers promotions such that when a customer orders one sandwich, they get one extra sandwich.

The learning program of Chick-Fil-A is, however, more effective compared to the three competitors mentioned above since it not only incorporates the use of technology but also encompasses various competitive advantages. Some advantages include high regard for an innovative franchise and quality food (Comm, 2018). The focus on quality and healthy foods has particularly endeared the company to the market in recent years, and this learning program is expected to boost sales even further.
