Business Logic Model

We are pleased that MacArthur and Associates have chosen the Business Logic Model, which, in addition to helping us gain a deeper understanding of the organizations, will help us develop an accurate score card for identifying opportunities for performance improvement that will best help the Mac Arthur achieve its goals. We understand there will be questions about measurement of performance improvements and we are happy to share our plan. 

Performance Metrics

First, we will identify what specific areas of performance MacArthur & Associates would seek to prioritize. We will review company documents (financial statements, contracts with customers, and annual reports), survey steak holders (customers and associates), and review industry and economic trends. The initial measurements will allow us to establish a benchmark of current progress and conduct a gap analysis between the current level of performance and the desired level. 

Quantitative Analytics

Quantitative measures will include profitability, market share, and billable hours. We will map processes and look for opportunities in which to streamline. We will examine the capabilities of the existing infrastructure; especially, networking communications capacity. Qualitative measures will include customer and associate satisfaction and success of marketing efforts. We will examine whether the culture at MacArthur & Associates is supportive of organizational learning.
