Conclusion according to skewness and kurtosis the data are little skewed and kurtotic, but it does not differ significantly from normality, except the variable of Beck Depression Inventory Score at end of 12 wks has large skewed and kurtotic.

We can assume that our data are approximately normal distributed, in term of skewness and kurtosis except the variable of Beck Depression Inventory Score at end of 12 wks.
