Practice interview

In this assignment, I will be choosing an athlete or another volunteer who will help me through this course. I will be having three sessions with the person who I’ll choose. For the first and second session, I will interact with the person that I will choose. For the third session, I’ll practice certain skills that I have attained during the course. I intend in choosing a person who is friendly and who will be open to me and will provide me with the needed response for the three interviews.
The client that I have chosen is Tonijala Penn is a professional basketball player who plays overseas. She is a professional basketball player. She has been able to play for Maryland University from 2015-2017. Recently, she is playing for a Japan team. She started playing overseas June 22, 2017, where her position is a point guard. Despite the fact that she has had two very rocky seasons with the overseas, she is still successful in what she does. Therefore, this means that Tonijala has a high chance of being a future superstar.
I chose Tonijala Penn because she is an upcoming basketball player who will be amongst the future 100 players, and will make it to the WNBA. In addition to that, I find her friendly and open. I believe that I will be able to have an engaging session where she will provide me with the responses needed for the sessions. I will have three sessions with her where I’ll collect the necessary information from. For the first and second session with Tonijala Penn, I will interact with her and I will acquire more information about her. For the third interview, I will be able to use a variety of skills that I have learned about in this course. There are also certain steps and skills that I will use in the interview. For the purpose of this assignment, Tonijala Penn will be using Lionel Steinfield.
