You are a substance abuse counselor, and you work in an agency which has the following barriers:

Physical Barriers:

· Hallways, doorways too narrow for a wheelchair or scooter to maneuver

· Doors that may present difficulty to open

· Available ramps or elevators

· Restrooms or stalls which may not be ADA compliant

· Seating or Bed arrangements which may be too high

Communication Barriers:

· Documents that are not formatted or accessible to people with disabilities
