Before you begin work at Beta Technology, you need to clarify your role and develop your compliance philosophy. Based on the scenario, your readings for the course, and research, respond to the following:

· What is your role as a compliance officer? How does this role relate to the company and to its employees?

· What biases might you have that will influence your job performance?

· What will be your goals in the new role? How are they drawn from your compliance philosophy?

· Write your initial response in 3–4 paragraphs. Apply APA standards to citation of sources.
