CLASSROOM OBSERVATION:

Mel Manske  teaches students how to make Coq au Vin in this Culinary Arts class.  Chef Manske teaches on a special campus for Career and Technology classes and as such has a fully equipped professional kitchen. She comfortably relates her own challenges in learning to cook professionally and students work together to problem solve.
