Locate a program evaluation model online. This could be accomplished via a simple search engine search. Please do not simply choose the first result from the list! Please take a few minutes to review several of the results that appear. Select one, preferably one with an accompanying image, then write a brief (one paragraph) summary of the model and then give one example of an educational scenario (one or two paragraphs) where the model could be applied. Please insert the image you find in the document and cite it as best you can per APA guidelines.
