Project: Delta Care Hope Foundation After School Program Goal: Delta Care Hope Foundation/ Empowerment works explicitly with less fortunate children and adults who struggle with poor academic performance. The agency is geared towards improving the quality of the student's educational outcomes, school attendance, social and emotional learning, and quality of life by providing a comprehensive range of services centered on the client's strengths and uniquely tailored to meet their needs. The agency serves male and female children and youth in the pre-K through grade 12 levels. |
