Limitations And Conclusions

Research Topic

The research topic is “Training to lose weight and have better health.”

Objective/Purpose

The purpose of the research is to encourage people to engage in physical training so that they can lose weight and have better health. It argues that by losing weight, people will not become susceptible to certain diseases and conditions that also predispose them to poor health. The research also seeks to sensitize people on the right training approach that can yield positive results and discourages people from any training that may harm them.

Research Questions

To realize the objectives, the research asks two main questions. The first question assesses whether a person can train without exposing themselves to risks while the second question asks about the best exercise to train for weight loss. They are as follows; “can one train without exposing himself to risks?” and “can one train without exposing himself to risks and which is the best exercise to train for weight loss?”

Independent/Dependent Variables: The Independent variable is the training which is the cause, while the dependent variable is the weight loss and better health which is the effect

Null/ Alternative Hypothesis:

(H0)- Not all training can lead to weight loss and better health.

(H1)- Any training can lead to weight loss regardless of the exercise that one is engaged in

Hypothesis

Training and exercise can help in weight loss. Losing weight is a journey and not just a process. It requires commitment and discipline to stick to the training and exercise to reap the health benefits and acquire a healthy weight.

Limitation of the study

The limitation of the research was that there was a sample and selection bias. The sample that was selected or the research did not represent the whole population. When obtaining the research results from the samples, it was difficult and there was limited ability to obtain the appropriate scope of the participants. Some of the participants that responded to the survey questions may not be a random sample. The other limitation was the size of the sample for the research. The sample size was small hat making it difficult to draw accurate conclusions and significant relationships from the data. For statistical tests require a large amount of data and a large sample size to ensure that there is distribution and representation of the population this helps avoid overgeneralization of the results. The other limitation of the research was the data for the research was not readily available. This resulted in the limitation to the scope of the research analysis on the sample size of the research. This was a significant obstacle in finding the trend and relationship of the data in the research. Lack of prior research on the topic was also a limitation lack of prior literature on the topic was a significant obstacle in understanding the research problem being investigated. The measure that was used to collect the data inhibited, In the survey question, the question of what pe of exercise worked for the participants was not included. The research involved gaining access to the people training to lose weight. The limitation is that there was limited access to some of the training centers. People who are not members of the training centers were not allowed access. The other limitation was that the people in the training centers where there was access, the people did not want to take time to take the interview and answer the survey questions. ( Ovard, 2021).

Results if data Supports Hypothesis

If the data supports the hypothesis, all people that are involved in training will lose weight. People lose weight according to the type of training and exercise they have adopted, intense, duration et cetera. Those factors should be well balanced to ensure that a trainee does not harm him/herself and end up receiving the best from the training. One should ensure to practice safe training to ensure that injury does not occur, seeking the help of medics or the professionals in the training profession to help an individual meet his/her goals while training and avoid injuries that could occur.

When the training is done right and the people trying to lose weight adhere to the plan, the results will be that they would eventually lose weight and gain a healthy body. Jogging is one of the most preferred ways of training since most people can manage it. Jogging does not require too much energy for one to conduct. On the other hand, jogging allows one to rebuild the list of energy as the rate of energy loss is relatively low Jogging has been so far concluded as one of the best ways in which one could lose weight. Jogging is less tiresome and one can do the exercise for a long since it does don’t draw energy from a person at a higher rate.

Results if data does not support Hypothesis

The results of the data do not support the hypothesis would be that people would not lose weight through training. If the data does not support the hypothesis, it means that the hypothesis is not true. Hypothesis is a proposed idea that explains the observations of the research. In data and the observation does not support the hypothesis, the hypothesis needs to be changed. In his research, the hypothesis is that training helps people to lose weight and have healthy bodies. If the data collected in the research does not support the hypothesis, the result will be no losing weight through training.

Conclusions

In conclusion, Current ideas for proportions of real work subject to goals for taking care of prosperity, the expectation of weight security, progressing clinically basic weight decrease, and neutralization of weight put on after compelling weight loss. Weight changes are impacted by the proportion of energy depleted versus the proportion of energy ate up. As such, if the energy use remains low, yet dietary use levels are in bounty, weight gain will occur. A couple of experts have fought that declines in PA both in word-related 18 and unwinding settings 19 may have a huge part in the addition in strength rates all through the last 30+ years. In addition, various epidemiological assessments suggest that PA (Physical Activities) has a critical part in weight procure. (Dura, 2020).

Maintaining a healthy weight has been a major problem among many people. The increase in weight is caused by the lifestyle and the eating habits of the people. Weight fluctuation for people is normal and is experienced by everybody. However, when a person gains a lot of weight in a very short time and there is no clear reason for the weight gain, this is considered unhealthy and there could be a health condition that is underlying. This is a problem that has been affecting most people. ( Fits, 2016).

Subsequently, overweight and huge adults who stick to an action program dependable with general prosperity ideas without a dietary game plan including caloric restriction can want to experience weight decrease to an extent of no weight decrease to around 2 kgs. Clinicians should alarm their patients that the chances of critical weight decrease are impossible at these ET levels without caloric restriction. Regardless of the proportion of weight decrease, clinicians should underline that different clinical benefits occur without weight decrease, and that upkeep of a working lifestyle will diminish the peril of future weight gain. ( Durant, 2018).

Recommendations.

It is recommended that besides training, for impressive results, the exercise need to be incorporated by a good diet. Weight loss is not just about getting into the field and getting sweaty. Self-training requires strategy. Other than the self-training, there need o to be healthy eating habits. Most people do not know how to reach these goals as much as they are eager to train and get there. The proof that training contributes significantly to weight reduction and weight support isn't firmly settled. It is essential to perceive the challenge of checking dietary admission and exercise power and length over the long haul. Overreporting of genuine exercise and underreporting of food admission by people could be a contributing component to the blended outcomes found to date. Likewise, singular contrasts may assume a part (responders versus nonresponders). Fluctuation in sex, BMI, practice in-strained quality and length, and kind of activity in research consider making decisive proposals more difficult. The insignificant examination has been centered specifically around the weight reduction effects of activity alone in people with type 2 diabetes, who may have a different reaction to practice than the populace without diabetes. Consistently performing the activity of a length more prominent than the fundamental suggestions for wellbeing gives off an impression of being bound to add to weight reduction and weight upkeep efforts over the long haul.
