What is a team:
A team is a group of people who depend on each other mutually to achieve a certain objective or a common goal. Teamwork involves team members working together and helping each other to achieve a common goal. Every member in the team has a role to play.

Every organization has objectives and goals the have to achieve over a certain period of time. One of the ways through which an organization can achieve its goals is through teamwork. In organizations employees depends on each other to be more productive to achieve a common goal.
