LEARNING OUTCOMES

1. By the end of this class lesson students will be able to response to sexual assault by immediately assessing the things they need if you are the first help they get. Concentrating on the emotional aspect.

2. By the end of this class lesson students will be able to apply physiological needs based on the individual evident psychological needs. Sometimes empathy and respect are essential at this stage.

3. By the end of this class lesson students will be able to develop legal options if the survivor or the victim is willing to press charges. Those helping the survivor must note that it is the victim who decides whether to press charges. Sometimes due to the shame of sexual abuse, the victim opts to drop charges and stay discrete.
