Reflect on your teambuilding discussion for this class. Include insights, comments and notes about the following:

1. Your Teammates.

a. What interesting or surprising things did you learn about your teammates?

b. What do you have in common?

2. The Team:

a. What did you notice about the MBTI team distribution?

b. What are the implications for your team and how will you accommodate

type differences so that you get the benefit from everyone’s contributions?

c. What will you do well together as a team?

d. How would you assess the current level of psychological safety in the

team and why? What are one or two ideas you have for maintaining or

raising that level?

e. Where might you have trouble as a team (things to watch out for)?

3. Brief Assessment of your team leadership skills: Provide a two-paragraph

assessment of your own current team leadership skills. What are your strengths

as a team leader and what are your areas for development? Apply insights from

the course readings from Weeks 1-3. I am looking for an honest assessment.
