Corewood Care is currently seeking a Talent Management Associate for a full-time, salaried position performing staffing, recruiting, selection, and retention initiatives for the company’s in-home caregiving employees.

This position is ideal for an individual with previous experience as a recruiter or Human Resources (HR) associate within the homecare profession. Corewood Care is looking for someone who is passionate about promoting a positive workplace culture, increasing caregiver satisfaction and designing and implementing caregiver recognition programs within a vibrant home care organization. The Talent Management Associate has total responsibility for the recruitment and staffing processes, maintenance of caregiver personnel files, and providing support and structure to caregivers in the field.

Essential Job Responsibilities: 

· Lead caregiver recruitment activities by developing and implementing a recruitment strategy to ensure caregivers are hired and ready to work to meet our client’s needs

o Source high-quality candidates by having a strong community presence through consistent external recruiting activities such as weekly visits to referral sources, job fairs, and other relevant events

o Identify qualified candidates by pre-screening and interviewing candidates; verifying references, employment verifications, and background checks; and comparing qualifications to job requirements

o Manage, continually improve, and execute specific onboarding, orientations, documents, screenings and testing

o Initiate and promote caregiver recognition programs

o Review and manage caregiver turnover and facilitate retention programs to reduce overall turnover rates

o Use social media for postings, updates and company information

· Provide organization and oversight of onboarding, orientation, and employee information management based on policies and procedures set forth by the company

o Create and maintain orientation materials, including new hire paperwork

o Ensure that new caregivers are set up properly in the online caregiver management system and all paperwork and identification is in place before employment begins

o Organize and distribute monthly caregiver training

o Review caregiver performance in order to recommend future raises, commendations, or awards

· Responsible for core Human Resource elements to include the maintenance of caregiver personnel files and regulatory compliance

o Contact caregivers for missing or expired documents and update caregiver information system as needed

· Provide support for Corewood Care’s operations and administration divisions

o Assist with schedule coordination needs, including ensuring match criteria information for caregivers is inputted and up to date

o Create and file physical folders for client and caregiver documentation

o Manage client template in task management system and complete assigned client paperwork tasks

Qualifications

· Associate’s degree in a related field or high school graduate/ G.E.D. equivalent with relevant work-related experience

· Supervisory experience; caregiver supervision strongly preferred

· 2+ recruiting/staffing/HR experience

· Clear criminal background and driving record

· Satisfactory reference from prior employer

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Highly organized and self-motivated

· Self-started with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others

· Possess proficient typing and computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Possess proficient skills (or ability to quickly learn) with recruiting websites and job boards, applicant tracking systems, employee information management systems, task management systems, and payroll management software

· 2+ years healthcare experience strongly preferred
