Help with healthcare assignment

Per my SWOT analysis, a weakness of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is that the majority of their funding comes from individual contributors/donors: over 80%. If the organization loses donors then it will reduce their capabilities in the fight against childhood cancer/diseases. My proposed strategic initiative is to enhance the patient experience and outcomes through an exceptional commitment to continuous quality improvement, research, empathy, and national/international treatment initiatives. Success patient outcomes will keep donors interested in contributing to the organization
