Discussion 1: The global companies faces a lot of regulatory challenges with having intervention and the control of wireless network by the government. It provides limitation of the global organizations that restricts their operations and providing services. The use of the wireless technology is also different in different countries due to difference of development wireless infrastructure. Thus it effects the accessibility, availability and the affordability of the wireless technology(Gunasekaran & Harmantzis, 2007).. These features effects and poses challenges for global organizations the way their business and their business functionality. The objectivity of the use of the 5G technology provides to consumers countless utility to the consumers due to high speed. The development of application due to the use of the utility ensures customer compatibility and enhances the interconnection between the customer and the application. Like the use of the unified speech technology for the application for the global organizations(Dahiya, 2017). 5G targets having an unified global standards that helps the global mobility and portability of service. It is also expected to provide common services and ensures personalization of service. It is also expected to provide personal downloads as the organization can implement new business models. To reap the benefits of the 5G technology organizations are required to implement certain practices. These global organizations are required to have a budget for the investment of the 5G hardware that are required to launch the technology. Global organizations are required to plan the new wave of automation and the use of artificial intelligence. It is required by these organizations to make changes of the ways the business will rely on the mobile networks(Marr, 2019). It is required to strengthen big data analytics as the company to ensure these data analytics tools are capable to provide insights from the data. It is also required by global organization to create a 5G strategy and to facilitate the changes. References Dahiya, M. (2017). Need and Advantages of 5G wireless Communication Systems. The discussion about the development of the 5G wireless networks has invoked deep-seated fear, intense anticipation, and general confusion. The 5G network is aimed at defining the cellular networks that include the use of radio frequencies, mobile networks, and the use of various components such as antennas and computer chips that will exchange data and radio signals. The implementation of a 5G wireless network will encompass governments, regulatory bodies, telecom equipment manufactures, and telecom providers (Andrews et al., 2014). The development of the wireless networks to 5G standard will major positive impacts such as reducing latency, increasing speeds, smart infrastructures, and the invention of self-driven cars. To be precise, the implementation of the 5G wireless networks will, by far, facilitate the digitization of economies globally. Essentially, the 4G wireless networks were mainly dominatedand controlled by the U.S and other western countries, but since 2012, china took the initiative to coordinate their effort in leading the building of 5G networks through its embodied telecom provider, Huawei (Agiwal, Roy & Saxena, 2016). On the other hand, the U.S under Trump's leadership has been very silent about this matter. The implementation and usage of the 5G wireless network will have a variety of benefits and some risks that will be subdivided across the individuals, companies, and governments. Various societies, defense systems, and economies will improve as a result of digitalization. Stakeholders and business owners will need to fully understand the scope of 5G's impacts, its distinctive components, strategic engagements, and roadblocks so that they capitalize on the emerging opportunities and mitigate risks.
