The proposed information systems is Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP).
This system will address the issue of data redundancy, insufficient reporting and maintaining separate systems.
This system has various capabilities that are useful to the business including;

ERP software helps in improving reporting further making it customized and easier. This software gives you the ability to compare functions across departments and analyze them without the hassle of several emails and spreadsheets.

The implementation of this ERP system will take an overall time of one year.
The organization with focus on its relationship with the vendor at the beginning of the project.
