For this final paper, you should choose three images of things that you have seen in person. Which are the museum pictures below.
1. First, select 3 objects or images from this website https://artsandculture.google.com/ Choose works that you think utilize the visual elements of art in interesting ways.
2. Next, choose 3 works of art from a museum or gallery visit.( the 3 pictures are below)
3. The paper should discuss 3 pairs of images--pairing one that you've seen in person with one that we've studied from the text (or from google arts). You're trying to create the pairs based on which visual elements you think the artists use in a prominent way.
pair the works according to formal element. In other words, match one of the works from the website that prioritizes the use of LINE with one from the museum that does the same.
Last, write a 5-7 page paper comparing and contrasting the resulting pairs.
1. Include a complete identification of the works (artist’s name, title, date).
2. Include your photographs of the works that you chose from the museum or gallery.
