Hello I Am .... Family, Friends, and Community Presentation

Hello, my name is Rayleighn Player. I am a freshmen majoring in Child Care and Family Education. I am a current resident of Shreveport, Louisiana where I was born and raised. For my hobbies I am an only child and the oldest grandchild of my grandparents. My family and I spend a lot of time together; we enjoy traveling, spending time together with each other. I love singing and listening to music. I am currently employed as a K-4 Teacher’s Aide and sometime I have to cover classes in the absence of the regular teacher. I enjoy my job and I love children. My job allows me to love on my littles while they are in my care. Being an Early Childhood Teacher is like a dream that finally became a reality for me. Soon after graduation, I would like to begin the process of starting and opening my very own childcare learning academy. As it relates to my love for music and my musical experience, I am a member of my church choir and was a praise leader in high school of our praise and worship team. For me singing is a way of releasing worries and just allowing my mind to relax and take a break from everything that may be racing through my mind at that particular time. I look forward to enjoying this class with everyone and learning more about much and the impact that it has on Early Childhood Education. Best of luck to everyone on being successful in this course!
