Your report must cover:
Interview content
· Include your subject’s name, title, organization and contact information (e-mail and telephone) at the beginning.
· Your report does not have to be a word-for-word transcript of your interview, but rather a summary of the interviewee’s answers as best you can remember them.
Analysis
· Include your observations and analysis of the person’s leadership style, applying and correctly citing as many leadership concepts from our class readings as possible.
· Use these concepts to help you describe this person’s leadership style and determine what makes it effective. You will be graded on your mastery and application of leadership concepts.
Personal reaction and application
· What did you learn about leadership from this interview?
· What had the most impact on you and why?
· How does what you learned in the interview either validate, refute, or reinforce what you have learned about leadership in this class? Make specific reference to leadership theories, models, etc.
