Module 7: Reflection of Self Growth

As you consider what you have learned about your own interpersonal communication style, what changes do you recognize you need to be a more effective communicator?  What areas did you find that you excel in when communicating with others?  Finally, discuss what you found most impactful in this course and how will you apply this personally?

Submission Instructions:

· Submit your substantive initial discussion post by 11:59 pm ET on Wednesday. Then react critically to at least two of your classmates' discussion posts by 11:59 pm ET on Saturday. 

· It should include at least 250 words, and one academic source, formatted, and cited in APA.

· Your contribution and responses must be authored by you. Do not copy or quote anything from the module or the internet without giving it proper credit.

· Follow established netiquette guidelines when participating in forums.
