First, review the required module resources, examining the behavioral competencies within the interpersonal domain. As a reminder, the three main clusters within the interpersonal domain are relationship management, global and cultural effectiveness, and communication. Once you are familiar with the interpersonal domain clusters, conduct a self-reflection and analysis by responding to each of the following three questions:

· Strengths: What are your areas of strength within the interpersonal domain, and how did you determine a cluster as a strength? Provide supportive examples.

· Weaknesses: What are your areas of weakness within the interpersonal domain, and how did you determine a cluster as a weakness? Provide supportive examples.

· Strategies: What are your strategies for the development of behavioral competencies within the interpersonal domain? Provide supportive examples and information from your research.

Relationship Management is defined as the knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics (KSAOs) needed to create and maintain a network of professional contacts within and outside of the organization, to build and maintain relationships, to work as an effective member of a team, and to manage conflict while supporting the organization. Relationship Management is comprised of five sub competencies:

• Networking

• Relationship building

• Teamwork

• Conflict management

• Negotiation

Communication is defined as the knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics (KSAOs) needed to effectively craft and deliver concise and informative communications, to listen to and address the concerns of others, and to transfer and translate information from one level or unit of the organization to another. Communication is comprised of three subcompetencies:

• Delivering messages

• Exchanging organizational information

• Listening

Global & Cultural Effectiveness is defined as the knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics (KSAOs) needed to value and consider the perspectives and backgrounds of all parties, to interact with others in a global context, and to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. Global & Cultural Effectiveness is comprised of three subcompetencies:

• Operating in a diverse workplace

• Operating in a global environment

• Advocating for a diverse and inclusive workplace
