Instructions Movie Reflection Week 13

Instructions:

· Select any movie that you like. It can be of any genre: comedy, horror, romance, documentary etc. It can be of any historical era that you want.

· Select two theoretical concepts from Module 4, 5 OR 6. For example: materialism, social constructivism, gender binary, cyborgs. You can look for theoretical concepts at the beginning of the slides for each module.

· Get some popcorn and watch the movie.

· Analyze your movie by looking for examples of your two theoretical concepts in conjunction. For example, you can write about the material/biological body and cyborgs in Wolf of Wall Street. Pay attention on how the characters use/display their bodies.

· Write your movie reflection in four steps: write the definition of your theoretical concepts, write a brief synopsis of the movie that you selected, write examples from the movie that illustrate your theoretical concepts, write a brief conclusion.
